NightKeep is a personal nighttime reflection app. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how you delete it.

A conversational companion for the end of your day. You talk (typed or spoken) about what's on your mind. NightKeep helps you organize and "lock away" those thoughts, then opens with a warm plan in the morning.
NightKeep is not a medical device, not a therapist, and not a crisis service. If you are in distress, please use the resources in the app's "Get help" link or call your local emergency number.
When you create an account we receive:
We use this only to (a) sign you in across devices and (b) protect your data from being read by other accounts. We never email you marketing.
The text you type, the words you speak, and the responses NightKeep generates form the body of a session. By default, NightKeep does not retain the full transcript of your conversations. The transcript exists in memory while the session is open and is discarded when it ends. What persists from each session is only:
Voice input is transcribed on-device by Apple's speech recogniser — only the resulting text leaves your phone.
